You schedule an order pickup via the Drystar app or online. Your driver shows up promptly with laundry bags. We collect your belongings, answers any questions you may have about your order, and take any special requests. You can then view the status of your order every step of the way through the mobile app or online. You’re notified via SMS when the order is clean and ready for delivery.
Turnaround times are dynamic based on the day and time of your pickup. Typically items are cleaned and ready for delivery within 48-72 hours – but we’ll tell you when your order is expected to be ready when you schedule your order.
We offer “personless” pickup and delivery for customers who cannot always be present on their confirmed delivery date, given their busy schedules. We will provide you with a hang bar that you can place on your door. You can leave the order you would like for us to pick up on the hang bar and ourDrystar Driver will know to pick up these items for cleaning. For delivery, you can just place the hang bar on your door and our Drystar Driver will place your clean items on the bar, mark your order as delivered, and you will receive a text message confirmation along with a photo that shows you exactly where the Driver left your items.
No need for cash when you use Drystar. When registering we collect your credit card information, and charge your card for each order. We send a receipt to your inbox, it’s that simple!
Yes. We don’t host any of your credit card information, but host and process all transactions via our partner PCI Level 1 Service Provider, which is the most stringent level of PCI certification available.
We take great pride in providing high-quality cleaning for every garment you give us. We have developed several steps in our process to ensure that your clothes always receive the best care. We will do everything we can to return your clothes to you in great shape. In the rare instance that an item goes missing or is damaged during the cleaning process, we will provide reimbursement for the full value of that item, in accordance with our terms and conditions.
